A downstairs Sunken Living Room with Fireplace, 17x23 Game Room with Pool Table, Fireplace, and TV/VCR/Wireless Internet Entertainment Center is not far away. Double glass doors from this room lead to a 24x24 covered area with 8-Person Hot Tub. Support Rooms on the lower level include a 16x23 Workshop (that could be a Sleeping Area), 4x12 Storage Utility Room, 7x24 Central Utility Room, 5x11 Wine Cellar/Cold Storage Room. Lots of furnishings will be included in the sale! Heating of the lodge is by an exterior Wood Boiler, with two Back-Up Gas Boilers. A 40K Generator System backs up the facilities public electricity.
